Our main research interests lie in the study of electronic properties of condensed matter, and various statistical models. Recently we have been studying superconductivity, magnetism, and their interplay in strongly correlated electronic systems, where interactions between electrons play a crucial role. Examples include high-temperature superconductivity, and low-dimensional quantum spin systems. We are also working on a project to develop the Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG) method, and also the Tensor Network Formulation, which are quite efficient for analyzing models in low dimensions. Quantum information, computation, and machine learning are also our research targets.
